For kids who skate confidently and want more: edges and curves, spins, spirals, footwork and first jumps. Run as a club — regularly, in a small group, with music and the joy of movement.
The next step after learning to skate
We invite children who skate forwards and backwards on their own, can stop and do crossovers. If your child is just starting — begin with group classes or a few private lessons; the instructor will tell you when they are ready for figure skating.
It is not about results at all costs. We develop coordination, flexibility, a sense of rhythm and confidence on the ice — and for kids with sporting ambitions it is a good introduction to further training.
We run the programme flexibly — new elements come once the previous ones are solid.

In the first classes the instructor checks the skills and picks the drills — or suggests a general group first.

Questions about figure skating
Yes. Figure skates have toe picks at the front of the blade, needed for jumps and spins. For regular group classes and lessons any skates will do.
Usually from 5–6, once a child skates confidently forwards and backwards. Skating level matters more than age — the instructor will assess it in the first classes.
Not to start with. These are classes for kids who want to skate more beautifully and more ambitiously — we develop technique, coordination and the joy of skating. For kids with sporting ambitions it is a good introduction to further training.
Ideally regularly — at least once a week. We will share the group schedule when you sign up for the 2026/2027 season.
